I know who he is thanks. Personally I am against the unnecessary use of titles/honourifics. Sikhs get especially excited about this stuff. If I call a guy by his plain given name it takes nothing away from him and it is not an insult or any "disrespect"

PS - I'm sure that this is THE FIRST attempt at writing serious Sikh history

Its not bad, nowhere near as detailed or in depth as Baba Santa Singhs steek though.

Dude atleast add Singh when referring to him, hes from a family of shaheeds.

No problem. I'm just wondering why everyone refers to him without Singh??? What extra depth has the Baba Santa Singh steek have then?

Plus wasn't he the guy that rebuilt the Akala Takhat for Indira?

Yes he was but he went to Akal Takht for forgiveness, which he got along with a tankah. But anyway let's not divert the thread......

Yeh he was as far as im concerned hes a traitor ,I don't think Jathedhar Kounke(REAL EXAMPLE OF A TRUE JATHEDHAR) forgave him ,another '''Jathedhar''', did.
