Sikh Schools In Europe?

Since Belgium and France Sikh Youth is facing problems with turban and some are rusticated for not willing to remove the turban from our head. I think we should have some primary, secondary and university level Sikh School in Europe. Just one of each is enough. I know there is a new school, Sikh school, opened in Paris, Shere Punjab but it hasn't much succes. So what do you think about school in any country of Europe (With preference Belgium or France) where besides the residental Sikhs of the country can go to school, but also other Sikh youth from across the world. Something with an hostel. Basically everything will be the same like a normal school, but in the religion lesson, Sikhism will be taught and the Singhs and Singhnis will be allowed to wear turban. For example, this school is in Brussels. All Sikhs from Brussels can go and come with tram/bus/metro. So for them its no problem. But if someone from Sint-Truiden (Sikh stronghold of Belgium) wants to come over its impossible since it has a distance of 90+km. So they can live in hostel, same with students from France, UK, Italy, etc.

Would the curiculum at a Sikh school be different? Or would it just be a similar school, but for Sikhs?
