Some advices in the previous posts are really good.

I would add watch you caffeine and sugar intake during the day.

Talking from personal experience , and i know every1 is different but, i can't sleep well if i take 1 coffee, even if i drink it in the morning. So for me coffee, is a big no no. Even chai past 4pm i can't take :umm:

Also I have sugar problem (hypoglycemia) and if a ingest too much sugar (and for me it doesn't take much!) I get heart palpitation and insomnia at night. Once i cut down all sugar (i'm talking about refine sugar from pastries, cake, etc and not sugar from fresh fruits) and 2-3 days later, i was able to sleep like a baby after weeks of insomnia.

Lavendar on the pillow is amazing, and paath :D

ahh!! that feeelsss gooodd to know all that!! my sleeping pattern so soo messed up! have to get back into a normal one noww! i do all the things u shudnt do! sleeep waaaayy 2 much!
