[sant Ranjit Singh Ji Dhadhriya Wale, Sant Baba Harnaam Singh Ji DamDami Taksaal Chief] and many more followers Re hold and came out with the slogan in a protest to arrest the culprit “ram rahim baba”. gurmeet ram rahim has to be sealed and he be put behind the bars for allegedly killing an innocent Sikh in Mumbai.

No one in the PUNJAB has a Power and rights to scold the neck of the criminal, arrest them. Being wrong they have been provided with special securities if he is right why is staying under a security and if he is right why he is killing people. If he is right why his name has come to known among the rapist guy.

Protesters block road, commuters feel heat

Commuters using the road dividing Sectors 16 and 17 are being forced to make a detour for the past four days as members of the Damdami Taksal are staging a dharna at Matka Chowk to protest against failure of the Central and state governments to proceed against Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh.

The dharna, that started on July 10, would continue till July 19. The protesters are blocking the road for almost four hours everyday and the police is forced to divert the traffic to other adjoining roads.

The protesters are demanding that the deras of Gurmeet Ram Rahim be sealed and he be put behind the bars for allegedly killing an innocent Sikh in Mumbai. They said by not arresting him, the Centre was endangering a number of lives for few votes.

Meanwhile, despite the administration’s order to shift the venue of the protest to the Sector 25 rally ground, Matka Chowk remains a favourite site for the protesters due to its proximity with the Punjab and Haryana Civil Secretariat and UT Secretariat.

The increasing number of dharnas and rallies at the Matka Chowk is again becoming a concern for the UT police.

Recently, the police had written a letter to the administration demanding to evoke Section 144 even at Matka Chowk. This would certainly curb the increasing number of dharnas.

Even though many Sant's of Sant Samaj & Damdami Taksal Chief Sant Baba Harnam Singh Khalsa are protesting, some people of this forum are still unhappy.

What is surprising to see, if the fact that non of the Anti - Sant Samaj and Anti - Damdami Taksal people have done ANYTHING what so ever against "Ram Rahim".

People of this forum expect the Sant's and Damdami Taksal to do things over night, if these people are so concerned we are sure you have contacts in Punjab and India why dont you get it done?

Some people of this forum expect Damdami Taksal Chief Baba Harnam Singh Khalsa to change Punjab overnight and do what Sant Baba Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale did, the times then were different, Sant Ji had support of the Sikh Naujwaans, who were so pure they were ready to do anything for Sikhi Shaan.

A topic was started regards the protest, but people turned it into a Sant Bashing and Taksal Bashing Forum.

WAKE UP! If you can't do anything about it, dont slander the people that are doing something!

As for Baba Harnam Singh stepping back because of meetings with Sukhbir Badal? Go find out what the real facts were. People will use anything and everything any little step to slander or throw mud on Sant Samaj and Taksal go find out the real story.

The rubbish about Taksal holding HAVAN'S? Just because Shiromani Akali Dal (International) President Atinderpal Singh says he went into Taksal and there was smoke everywhere?

THE REAL FACT was that everybody know that Taksal does not use the "Dhoof" you purchase in normal store and markets, they use a herbal made using fruits & coals, whilst doing this Santhiya was happening the Gurdwara Gurdarshan Parkash and the Singh who was lighting it put too many coals on which created a lot of smoke NOT HAVANS!

No matter what anyone says Damdami Taksal is the backbone of the Sikh Religion and Damdami Taksal and Gurmat Sidhant Parcharik Sant Samaj are the people who are actually keeping Sikhi alive today!

Come out to Punjab you will find no one, no Jathebandi is doing as much as Sant Samaj and Taksal are doing, every program, every event, who takes a stand? Always DAMDAMI TAKSAL AND SANT SAMAJ.

^^ excellent post above, truthfully it highlights the fact that other than people like Sant Dhadrianwale, Baba Harnaam Singh etc and the panthic orgs like Sant Samaj/Taksal etc there seems to be little done by others, it is all talk and no walk, so why not give our support rather den try to pull down and find faults with these ppl who have tru panthic concerns as shown by their immense sewa.

I do agree with your words but this was an information that i had came to know and shared with SikhSangat.

Well i think I am not slandering any body the below attached text was the tribune coverage. And everybody knows media always took these things against ourself and came out with a approach of favoring culprit 'ram rahim'. Since i am not aware of the hidden facts about the meeting of Sukhbir Badal and Baba Harnam Singh.

and try to get the things in a positive approach. This info. was posted to make our SikhSangat aware of the fact that is still going on these days but not against any Jathebandiyas and Sant Samaj. Even i do respect Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji , Sant Samaj and all the well known famous Sikh Personalities of Sikh History. Please enlighten us if you know so much, what did happen in the meeting with Sukhbir ?

From the outside it appeared as if Dhumma and co pulled back after the Sukhbir meeting and nothing you can say now will mask over this.

Whats the point stopping trains and all this b/s, Is joota sauda going to be hurt by this ? NO, Will it impact on the government ? NO, Will it impact on the ordinary man ? YES !!!

If Dhuma has so much josh why don't he do his protest outside the HQ of the joota sauda. Please don't tell me he would be stopped on the way there, if he got the bus I am sure no one would even notice him. Also how much has the Samaj paid to the families of the 2 Shaheed ?

In this meeting it is not how "Panthic Weekly" make it out, Damdami Taksal supports and fully endorses the Maryada of Takhat Sri Patna Sahib Ji as per the resolutions/Gurmata's passed by Singh Sahib Bhai Iqbal Singh Ji, the meeting was only called to bring calm to the internal battle of Takhat V Takhat and nothing else.

Damdami Taksal still is on the clear platform that Babal Dusht should be called to Sri Akal Takhat Sahib for his gross religious misconducts throughout his years in politics and that for calling Sant Giani Baba Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale a terrorist in Punjab's assembly. Taksal is also 100% clear on that Sukhbir Badal is in breach of all Panthic Norms and rules of Shiromani Akali Dal and must be Amritdhari.

If Baba Harnam Singh was incompetent or unreliable not to run Taksal or Sant Samaj I am sure the other Sant Samaj leaders would remove him as President of Sant Samaj.

The "Panthic Weekly" paper should give the true story, not just make up stories with pictures, a year or two ago the same "Panthic Weekly" tried to make out the Sant Giani Baba Takhur Singh Ji Khalsa were a RSS agent? The same Sant that led Damdami Taksal and the Sikh Nation through the most toughest of times.

We all know which JATHEBANDI Panthic Weekly belongs to and they should sweep under their own bed first and mention people from their own JATHA aswell who ARE/HAVE been govt. agents and had many Kharkoo Singh's murdered.

In a meeting that Simaranjeet Singh Maan and other Shiromani Akali Dal A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H leaders held with Sant Baba Harnam Singh after Shaheed Bhai Balkar Singh Ji's Program, they asked Baba Harnam Singh why are you doing this etc etc.. Baba Harnam Singh replied, I'll stop this program and join/support what ever your doing then? Point is their not doing anything.

Answer the questions asked, what is stopping trains going to achieve ? It is the ordinary folks who suffer as only they use these modes of transport. Why make the ordinary man suffer, it will have no impact on the sarkar or on the jootha sauda.

although stopping trains doesnt do much in the short term - in the long term it may lead to more awareness

why doesnt mann turn up at his dera and protest? it is easy to accuse.
