Whats it matter if he read every resolution. Rode was also showboating at that time as a Panthic figure.

It is irrelevant whether Dhumma was at the meetings or unaware of them. The fact is the so called DDT spokesman Mokham was there with RSS Rulda. Dhumma is aware of this so why has he not questioned Mokham and told him to go for peshi at the Akal Takht ? If Mokham was going to these meetings off his own back then that is an even more serious issue as it begs the question whre his allegiance lay at of his GOI links.
