Siri Gur Katha - Eye Witness Account Of 1699

The word "Kes" is missing only in the image because I forgot to type it in but it is there in the actual text. Bhatt Vahis mention Guru Sahib giving Kesgi but that doesn't make it a kakkar. How could Guru Sahib give Kes literally? He has given us a hukam to keep them. We need to keep them unshorn and that is the blessings of Guru Sahib. Regardless, it is clear that both are required and Dastaar is not optional for bibis but mandatory.

Intermingling with patits mean having "Roti Beti Di Saanjh". I think one can buy a copy in Punjab but not in Western countries. Prof. Gurmukh Singh published a copy in "Bhai Jaita Ji, Jeevan Tay Rachna".

The language of the text is heavily based on Dasam Bani (Jaap Sahib, Bachittar Natak etc) which shows how much familiarity Sikhs had with Dasam Bani. It is note worthy that five Banis were recited on first Amrit sanchaar. Guru Rakha

If the word kesh is missing, it is very significant as it in how the rehit maryada should be rewritten. Keeping uncut Kesh means our scholars and leaders have been discriminating and alienating many sikhs for a long time. They have been against those who chose not to keep kesh and labelled outside the sikh fold.

You should read the earlier posts before posting anything rubbish. Word "Kes" is missing in the image because I forgot to type it in. How is that so hard to understand? Keeping Kes is a must and those who choose not to follow this hukam are not Sikhs. Period.
