I think it's not the battery it's your laptop, Replace it. Lol

3.5 hrs but i think my battery only operates at 95% now, ive had the comp since march or april

This reminds me. i have a problem with my laptop. Its used to run on batteries but over the last 2 months something happened. It no longer runs on batteries.

eg. I plug my laptop in and it works. As soon as I take the plug out it shuts off......I must have messed with the settings....how do I get it to swtich and run on battery power?

When u keep the laptop on charge 24/7 even if the battery is full then battery life plummets.

..Either that or you forgot to put the battery in

turn on your computer power saving options from settings. things like processer speed, screen brightness etc. greatly affect battery life. when I first got my ibook g4 my battery life with power saving options on was almost 6 hours. i gained over an hour by turning them on.

i think apples do give the best battery life... my macbook is more than 1 year old and still gives me about 5 hours on full charge
