IHRO - Rejoinder to Giani Gurbax Singh Gulshan Complaint Wednesday 5th of September 2007 (D S Gill) Advocate, IHRO Amritsar Sahib - The International Human Rights Organisation (IHRO), while hailing the putting off the appointments of Darbar Sahib granthis by the SGPC, has asked Giani Gurbax Singh Gulshan, who aspires for this pious post, to come to Akal Takht, the Ecclesiastical Court of Sikhs, if he had any grievance against IHRO, in this regard.

IHRO Chairperson D S Gill and its coordination for Sikh Affairs' Coordinator Gurcharanjit Singh Lamba, in a statement today, assertively reiterated that Giani Gulshan was guilty of creating confusion in his books on the five banis (nit-nem) by which Guru Gobind Singh bestowed Amrit (amrit-sanchar) on the Khalsa in 1699.

For this guilt, the IHRO activists said, he is facing charges before Akal Takht on the complaint of the 'Shahbaz Khalsa' since September 4, 2006 and the same is pending before the highest seat of Akal Purakh on this earth.

And that was why Giani Gurbax Singh Gulshan was rejected for this post last year. This time too, they added, "Thanks to Jathedars of Takht Patna Sahib and Hazoor Sahib who have reportedly expressed their objections over the proposed SGPC's move to appoint two NRI Sikh missionaries as granthis of Golden Temple."

Urging Akal Takht jathedar and other Singh Sahibans to summon Giani Gulshan to Akal Takht for his guilt and dispose of the matter before the SGPC leadership could appoint such person as granthi of Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar, the IHRO asked SGPC chief Avtar Singh Makkar to see the light ahead of appointing his favourite on such a pious position.

Regarding the charges made by the IHRO against Giani Gulshan and the refutation thereof by him, the IHRO advised the Giani to first appear before Akal Takht being a Sikh and explain the charges and then to go to any court to prove his innocence or for defamation against IHRO, said the Human Rights advocates, adding: "We will expose him there too."

Meanwhile, the IHRO Core Group in its meeting has decided to take up the matter of All India Gurdwara Bill, 1999, with The Khalsa Action Committee (KAC) in its meeting being held at Jalandhar on September 4, and to that effect a team comprising of G S Lamba, D S Gill and Major J S Rishi has been constituted, according to Mohinder Singh Grewal, general secretary of the IHRO.

That is a diversion tactic. But that does not absolve Gulshan of his acts disowning nitnem banis from Dasam granth.

Just to let everyone no that Gurbax Singh Gushan has been stopped from the gurdwara and wont be doing any more programmes in the near futhure. Just to let all the youth no that still to attend sunday morning at the Gurdwara be there for about 10am if he does come we will all make a stand and stop him.

Just to let everyone no that Nutty Prof Darshan Singh is doing a UK tour from 23rd - 26th he questions dasam granth and also questions thst 10th Guru Ji read nithem for Amrit Sanchar. Ring his promoter Manmohan Singh i think hes the Dal Khalsa Uk Guy. We need to tell him that we wont let prof speak at any Gurdwara and that if you book him anywhere we will be there to stop him at any Gurdwara in the Uk. His no is 07951499551 and make a complaint
