India Asks Pakistan For Fugitives

India has asked Pakistan to hand over 20 fugitives from Indian law who it believes are settled in Pakistan.

Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee said the names were given during a formal protest to the high commissioner of Pakistan over the attacks in Mumbai.

It was unclear what links the fugitives on the list had to the Mumbai attacks. Pakistan did not respond directly but offered a "joint investigation".

So we far we had been believing that only ISI is encourging activities in India as per the Indian media .But the above lists specifically mentions the names of

Indians who are wanted by Pakistan along with their activities.

This has come in as new info atleast for me.

I was watching larry king last night and the prime minister of pakistan said they would not hand over anyone without solid evidence and a actual report made by the indian government.....the pakistanis only received names and they arent convinced. Plus barack obama threatens pakistan that US will inavde their country if they wont cooperate with the indians....I mean really?We are making enemies over india?....

If india goes to war with pakistan, I think Sikhs should take advantage and abandoned indian army and control the Punjab region and other separatist groups should do that as well.

CAN U PROOVE OBOMA SAYING THAT HE WOULD ATTACK PAKISTAN IF THEY DONT COOPERATE WITH INDIA.

If they attacked pakistan, things would get out of hand. Pakistan has nuclear weapons and it would leadto terroist increasing harcore in the pakistan tribal areas.

I remember him saying that during the debates too...sorry for saying that US will invade pakistan if pakistan doesnt cooperate with india... indirectly if pakistan wont get the terrorists out there are chances of war...especially after the mumbai attacks US is worried about their homeland security and as well as for their allies.
