We need after school clubs for all ages, where they can enjoy learning about our proud history. Also sports, creative activities and seva. It will help develop unity and hopefully how to be a true Sikh.

How many times on a Sunday iv seen young kids playing outside the Gudwara trying to kill abit of time. We need to develop youth programs during Sundays when we have the most sangat. Leicester is great for attracting and involving youth sangat.

There are loads of things that would be good for the youth, the easiest thing is to make a list of suggestions and go and see someone in the Gurdwara committee. The new committee in s'hall is quite gud already met them and made some suggestions. Such as: Punjabi classes, Santhiya, Kirtan (Raag and other)classes, tabla classes, sewa sessions, discussion forums, workshops, lectures, library resources, katha, kirtan programmes and camps.etc.
