daasn daas ws gna post a file on how to bind it, but im nt sure if its the right way :S so ima only quickly explain hw daas did it...

take ur stack of paper, lined up in a neat pile...

peirce holes down the side, through all the pages, using a 'bradle' (or anything else, holes shudnt b too big)

stich thread through these holes, binding up the spine...

this should then hold together all the paper so you can flick through it...

then make your cover by sticking it at the spine.

maaf karo daas hasnt told it much detail, to be honest i ws just experimenting on scrap paper myself, nt sure about doing this to make a gutka sahib, but no ones posted regarding darshand of handwritten gutke!, so the method is good for making random notebooks jee!
