Beej Mantar is referring to Vaheguru Naam. VAHEGURU GURMANTAR HAI - Bhai Gurdas jee.

Maha mantar is also vaheguru shabad. maha means great. There is nothing greater than the word vaheguru.

SATNAM also means the true name, which is again talking about WAHEGURU.
