Why are you finding it so hard to give credit where it's due? There were about 600 Singhs that were able to make it there, about half were from Baba Ranjit Singh's jatha. It's very dishonest to downplay his contribution, expecially with the leadership he showed at the crucial hour.

Stop hating on fellow Sikhs. Give respect to Baba Harnam Singh,Baba Ranjit Singh, Baba Daljit Singh, other Gurmukhs, Federations...and the Sikh Youth.

ONE more post that insults ANY Gursikh, that discredits the seva, effort, and contribution of ANY Singh, consider this thread locked. Any other thread opened will be locked as well if this mud throwing continues. You guys should feel ashamed of yourselves. In this time when Singhs are taking to the streets of Punjab, when they are standing in front of the bullets of the Punjab Police, when they are suffering blows at the hands of the government, when they are risking their career and life to bring back the wave of Sikhi as it was during the times of Sant Baba Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale, you guys (most of you) sitting in western countries, and some even in India, are not doing anything except using your keyboard. You have NO right to pinpoint a finger ANY Singh who was on the road that day protesting against Ashutosh.

I agree with you DashmeshForce each and every thread is eventually being turned into a Dasam Granth thread by a handful of individuals(the whole forum knows who they are).

I joined this forum in 2006 and we used to have debates but not like the ones we are having these days in 2009.

Of late a handful of people are highjacking each and every thread and they even managed to give me 67% minus marking .

If this trend continues I am thinking of leaving this biased forum.
