Im just telling you what i heard, its not hard to beleive what you have said however, no one is in camparison to the real jathedar, sri maan sant giani jarnail singh jee khalsa bhindranvale .... we await his return

They fired at Baba Harnam Singh Dhumma, his body guard pushed him out the way and took the bullet

Its correct before the firing began, the son of an mla did the first shot at the singhs, part of shiv sena.

I was first to begin writng againist the before the samagam there r rumours that even local mla fired at singhs and caualties r much more now punjab bandh call has been given for monday.

Thats not the story doing the rounds in Ludhiana, apparently Rode, Dhuma and co whipped up the crowd and when the firing took place were no where to be seen.

The local Shiv Smelly main man is Jagdish Tangri, a few years ago when Captain Amarinder Singh was in power his base in Ludhiana was raided and found to be a porn vcd factory and other such rubbish. Slowly Badal and his clan have ensured there is major go slow in all the cases against him.

Gosain and Bedi are the two MLA from BJP that represent parts of Ludhiana district. So who's son did the shooting?

Apparently there is rumour everywhere that Baba Harnaam Singh Dhuma ran off. Can anyone confirm this, I think someone else has mentioned this on another topic as well. Dhadrianwale in the middle of it all still... More updates please??

He was shot and injured.

Sant Dhadrianwale was shot at and the Singh was injured, but i dunno what Dhuma is doing.

Please do not post defamatory news about any of singhs until you have proof to back up.

Sant Baba Ranjit Singh Jee Dhadrianwale have given a full update by telephone live on the Sikh Channel. Apart from a few Sant Mahapurkhs and Parchaaraks like Sant Dhadrianwale and a few of the Jathebandhi's, no so-called Sikh leader or "Jathedhaar" is there with the Sangat (and no "Punjabi Singer"!). Others coming live on Sikh Channel from India are confirming all the facts. Sant Dhadrianwale were shot at, but no bullet hit them. One Singh has officially been killed and eleven seriousluy injured. Reports of further killings are unconfirmed but numerous Sikhs have been injured. Punjab Police fired direct bullets at the Singh's. Badal has closed his mind on the Khalsa Panth.

BREAKING: SINGH'S FIRED UPON AND INJURED

Saturday 5 December 2009

Protests Against fake "God-man" Ashutosh in Ludhiana

Panthic Sikh Organisations and Sant Baba Ranjit Singh Jee Dhadrianwale with Jatha have been protesting against the fake "Guru" Ashutosh in Ludhiana since yesterday, after the fake "Guru's" intentions for programmes going against the Khalsa Panth in Panjab were made public.

There are a number of unconfirmed different reports being circulated about Singh's who have attained martyrdom and those who have been injured.

The present Panjab Government under Prakash Singh Badal was requested numerous times to ban the anti-Panthic activities of Ashutosh, but did not listen to the peaceful demands of Sikhs.

Sant Baba Ranjit Singh Jee Dhadrianwale and Jatha, who have been in Ludhiana since yesterday clashed with Punjab Police and followers of Ashutosh. The Panjab Police and misguided followers of Ashutosh fired upon the peacefully protesting Singh's, injuring many with bullets.

The UK's Sikh Channel (Sky 840) is expected to provide a full update today by live broadcast at 6pm (UK Time) throughout Europe and worldwide online on www.SikhChannel.tv.

    • Hi All, I havent been on this forum for a while but I thought id give it a try again as it helped me through some rough times earlier in my life. I wanted to seek for guidance on sikhi and marriage ... I noticed a post earlier on sanjog etc. and it got me thinking about my own life and marriage. For context, I have been married 3 years and things are not working out. When we met, I looked in to sanjog alot and it felt like it was written. However, as these years have gone by its become apparent that we no longer align with each other and our marriage is struggling. We dont seem to understand each other and things have fallen apart. We are at a stage now where separation/divorce is looking like the best option. Neither of us are happy and whilst we have tried to work things through in many different ways, after 3 years we have drifted away. What are the sikh views on this? is it written if we decide that we no longer serve each other? or is that a sin and should I continue to work at it? my issue at the moment is that it is draining me. I feel withdrawn from everything due to things going on between us including sikhi and going to the gurdwara.  Breaks my heart to even be writing this but I do think if we are both not happy and cant see a way of being happy then what is the point in continuing? Or should I be continuing and is it paap if we dont honour our laavan? if that is the case, what does sikhi say about marriage? how do I continue knowing everyday I feel the way I do?   Thanks
