You guys havnt got a clue about whats going on.

They said live broadcast was meant to start at 6pm, the 6.30 they said they have techinical problems and said to start the bhog, we said we wont untill its live, then they kept on saying plz start it, w will show half of it, the singhs wasnt having any of it, hence why it was delayed, then the singhs went outside in the snow to the van, and just said it straight, you have till 7ish or we cancelling and the sangat will be upset and your channel will be finnished (what was said in the hukamnama), Singhs got heated up, they kept on saying it was technical issues and then admitted there was no technical issue and just scared of certain people stopping direct debits and funding them certain members who have been doing nindya and supporting prof on tv were to blame and was confirmed by people who work for the channel later, they were told to zoom in on ustaad baldeep singh jees face and not show the two saroops.

We have al the evidence, sikh channel main person is ok, but is influenced by others, they wanted to do a pro dasm granth talk and it got cancelled last minute by these people.

We should not allow this "Panthic" station to get away with this. We should all either call them or email, and get an apology and a press statement stating their intentions on further parchar of Sri Dasam Granth. Failing this we should all remove our Direct Debits, as this is when they will realise that the Sangat has the real power, not them.

Well done guys, well done for removing the direct debits at the first opportunity, I bet it took you months and months of debating in your minds whether to start the £4 PER MONTH direct debit in the first place !

Rather then throwing your toys out of the pram in a tantrum why don't we sit and think what is happening here. I agree I was also struck how only the gianis face was shown close up and very few shots of the two saroops. I think I saw the two saroops fleetingly only once. If SC is being harassed and pressured into backing away from pro Dasam Granth stance then we need to show our support for them to counteract this. We need to go down there or write emails and letters to show our support and to encourage them to not to bend to these nindaks and to take a bold stance. That is the route to go down, not switch of your direct debits and watch the Disney channel, are we just a bunch of Mickey Mice ?

We need to understand that although these nindaks are low in number they are very active and wield influence. A few of them make SC think twice about airing Dasam Granth Ji bhog, rather then walk away as immature kids we need to think how we can counteract this, how we can immobalise against these people. We need to show support of SC and encourage them to take pro-Dasam stance, even, YES, even increasing the DD from 4.00 to 8.00 (shock horror, how would we survive such an outlet from our bank accounts !!!!) to show support of the ONLY sikh channel.

Come on guys lets not be defeatist here, let us do something positive to get more pro Dasam Granth items on the channel.
