Problems With Sikhstuff.Com

i ordered a shingar and a gajga from sikhstuff.com about a month ago and the status has been "preparation in progress" for the last month the messaging system on the website always comes up with an error as well and when I emailed bhai sahib directly, i never got a reply. Just wondering if anyone else has bought anything from there and how long it took. BTW i'm in the UK. Thank youu

I had similar problem with them a year back. Had ordered a couple of things but it took them forever to ship it to uk but i guess they keep taking orders and then ship them out in bulk. And, they are based in india so it might be another reason. But they do ship, or at least they did in my case.
