Alternative To Red Bull

Recommended Posts

there's 2 main methods i know of to get energy. the first is stimulants such as tea, coffee etc. there are some downsides here of course.

the second is healht practices that build up your baseline level of energy. so pranayam yoga, other types of yoga, regular exercise (especially cardio), eating a diet that's not too heavy in grains and dairy and is much heavier in fruits and veggies, all these things help. llots of watery fruits and veggies are especially helpful. naam abhyaas also builds up your overall energy levels.

also, take a B100 supplement everyday, it takes some time but does build up in the blood. if you're in the middle of exams, it may be better to just add some basic pranayam with some basic but easy exercise, and switch to coffee for now.

Eat proper real foods you shouldnt need energy if your feeling tired all of the time and are sleeping properly you might want to get a check up as stimulants often hide underlying health problems such as insulin resistance which could set you up for bad health.
