Bowing To Guru Granth Sahib Doesnt Make Him Your Guru

We can only call Guru Ji our guru, if we obey the words of the Guru, we can only call him our Guru if we are living or trying to live by GurMat! otherwise you may bow billion times, who cares, you haven't earned the words of the Guru, you havent bought Gurmat into your life and leave your manmatt behind!

and what is GurMat?

That all is God, all originates from the source - ekonkaar Satnaam, the so called self-made identity - the ego is a smoke and until the ego is dissolved and you realised your true immortal self, you continue to recycle in lakh chauraseee!

and how are you going to realise your true self? Guru Arjan Dev Ji said "Surrendering body, mind and wealth, one attains self-realisation" Focus on surrendering mind, which means leaving self wisdom behind and taking on Guru's wisdom and live by his wisdom and Guru says "Give up all your desires, become the dust of everyone feet, then you may come to me"

so.....only the ones that surrender totally at the feet of the Guru find and realise God!
