if you want to learn online, the easiest way is to learn from bhagat ji's santhya technique at www.gursevak.com.the instructions are written under the bal updesh section, from personal experience i can say that this is the easiest method to do santhya.

if you have an ustad, than you can use this method in conjunction with learning from the ustad to make your pronounciation even better.
