wait for new iphone.

the 3gs will dop down in price.

Thanx Jagmeet, do you know when the 4g is coming out? Also I know you can get the phone free depending on the contract, but being desi I want free extra's. Like my dad got an extra 60 mins so that's 120 mins instead of just 60 mins on his Free booster on international calls, with his upgrade.

Also is anyone out there that might know which phone is more aless similar to an iPhone. Which smartphone will have the same spec, features etc.? Please I know that might sound like a stupid question so SORRY in advance, I'am not really that much into gadgets.

On thing is though I don't like Blackberry's. So anything apart from blackberrys please. We get them from work and I can only get my work e-mail on it not another something to do with the BES, it has a feature to set up your own as well but I can't.

Please I'am not being totally lazy if you can just suggest some phones and then I will google them myself.

BIG THANK YOU.

take a look at the nexus one from google. its an android phone that has got some good reviews. also HTC, they have some decent smart phones. i think that apple set the prices for the iphone, so you might notice that all of the major networks have very very similar deals. i think that they packages differ based on internet usage and wifi, some offering unlimited etc, but no real differences in tariff and price in terms of minutes and texts.

if you want a few deals to quote, go check out your local phones4u, they appear to have the best deals. the salesmen in their are quite sale centred so you can try bargain a deal to quote to your current provider!

Thanx Drogba, My brother has the HTC G2 and my pops the HTC Pulse. I know the G2 has better features but I like the look of the pulse so which HTC phone is the best is it the desire. Also do you know if they are better than the Sony X10 or vivaz.

Thanx in advance if you can help. It's only so I can negotiate a better deal, as then they will know what I am talking about. Again THANK YOU.

im pretty sure that vivaz isnt a smart phone, its selling point is the HD camera but x10 does use the android operating system. if your wanting to upgrade to the iphone i dont think that you will be able to negotiate any better deal then whats already on offer. the prices arent set by the providers but by apple themselves unless you get a reconditioned one. thats where its been sent back within the two week cooling off period, so its considered second hand. bear in mind that some of the reconditioned ones may have just been refused delivery at the door, so they wont have been opened. but because they have been returned, they are slightly cheaper then a brand new iphone.

remember with the iphone you can get unlimited web browsing, and its got 16gb of memory as standard. for other phones your goin to have to purchase external memory if you want to store as much data. not many people have complained about the 3gs, but the main problem with the 3g was the battery life. apparently thats been increased by 40 percent in the 3gs so your not goin to have many qualms with it

hope i'v been helpful, but check this site below, it has alot of information and reviews.

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
