Travelling To France

I have been putting off for the last 3yrs travelling to my company head office in France due to the ban of the Dastar in schools etc.

Now, i need to go as i must work with a colleague on a big project and working my phone / email and video conference is not sufficient.

I am waiting for approval of my travel but wanted to know if anyone has travelled recently and had any problems with dastar at the airport etc.

If you could reply asap, it would be much apprecaited.

Not really. Never had a problem with Dastaar at airport. Why not take Eurostar from UK though? You can put your Kirpan back on on the train, take more luggage etc and probably cheaper too.

The dastaar issue may have changed recently though from 1st July as they are allowed to hand-check your dastaar now in non-UK airports.
