"Gursikh"(?) Weddings

lately it seems that many of the singhs and singhnees i knew for a few years now and are prominent in gatka, sikh organizations etc etc are starting to get married, and thats all great, but these are by no means gursikh weddings! the singhnees are wearing make up full on, fake lashes, having reception parties with full out bhangra, mehndi, fake nails, bangles, necklaces, etc etc

its so sad to see strong spirited warriors of guru gobind singh ji dwindle down to so little, i thought a sikh stands for something greater, stronger, and something mysterious even..

i was hoping that with all of these pictures out on the net, that some gursikh couple can post their pics or even pics of another gursikh wedding to inspire the future sikhs, whether they get married now or in a couple of years, its nice to see actual gursikh weddings, its nice to gather ideas from them and be inspired..
