Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

We have been running for just over 2 years and now we are proud to announce an expansion to Akaal Muay Thai.

We have received numerous feedback from female members of the community wanting to learn self defence and maintain fitness at the same time. Akaal Muay Thai is now in a position to offer such services.

We have started a GIRLS ONLY fitness and self defence class.

Female classes Wednesdays at 630pm until 730pm

Kids 5-12 (separate from Girls) Wednesdays at 630pm until 730pm

Mens Wednesdays at 745pm until 930pm

At Khalsa Primary School Southall

Please note only for this Wednesday 17th March the class will be on Thursday 18th March (Same place/time) as the School has a parents evening. Class will resume on Wednesday after.

All Instructors are voluntary and all proceeds go to Khalsa Aid and Sikh Organisation for Prisoners Welfare
