i am not entirely sure that the concept of "karamaat" solely pertains to ghosts .... i mean they can be considered as being part of it... i guess it would entail the entire concept of paranormal or supernatural powers

and as a sikh i know we are directly condemned not to show it just to gain some kind of public status

i think the use of such spiritual powers is only appicable under dire or emergency life situations and also for helping others as a "parupkaar" or a reason for charity.... :sleep:
