Why not share experiences?

As long as ego doesn't pop up while sharing, a darshan could easily be a test to see if we let them get to our heads.

But the darshans I have had have strengthened my faith alot, although I do not dwell on them, just embrace them, detach and move along this beautiful journey.

I feel u shouldnt tell everybody as its something personal, but if u dont understand the meaning of the darshan or why it happen then it is ok to ask for opnions, according to my thinking.

strna is right do not dwell on them, find out the meaning and let them pass and not to think that it happened coz u are special and get full of ego. They could also be a test but to evaluate them is very difficult, as may have different interpretations.

dont tell anyone or even hint to anyone in the slightest..............unless the sant/or guruji informs you to tell a particular person................sikhi jeevan doesnt stop at a darshan.........it may be a taste of what you could acheivee if you have a strict amritvala and nitnem n naam simran,.

otherwise if u tell others u will lose alot..... particularly at this early stage.........take this advice seriously. to the point that ur left hand doesnt know what the right hand knows...aka dnt talk about it and consider it good fortune and inspiration

I have had dreams about Guru Nanak Dev Ji back when I was just starting to apply gurbani, hadn't comiitted to naam simran/ bhagti much though.

These dreams strengthened my faith and came at times that I really needed them. However as the bhagti progressed, these darshans of Guru Nanak became less. I began having darshans of living brahmgyanis/gurus.

If doesnt take the lesson learnt from the darshans or just enjoy the experience and move on into the next precious moment of bhagti, we are stuck int he past, which we are not meant to focus on, and the future is not meant to be the focus either.

Hence darshans can sometimes keep one at a single stage in bhagti instead of moving on in evolution.
