By the way, may i ask how you know Hindi and not Punjabi?, curious as it must be easier to understand and learn Punjabi/Gurmukhi if you know hindi. I heard from people the best way to learn about Sikhi is to read Gurbani for yourself. There are some nice translations in the Gurbani section done by DalSingh/PJS and other Sikhs there. Check that out too..

Hindi is a dirty/rubbish language and a copy of urdu (which was brought over by turks and is a language which has stolen most of its vocabulary from old old rubbish panjabi from lahore). This is why many of Guru Nanaks quotes have unfortunatly (in my opinion) words like "aap/hum/kabhi" etc instead of the beautiful present day "Tussi/Tusaan/Assi/Assan/Kadha/Kadhi". But it dont matter, coz Guru Nanak is the king of kings anyway.

Panjabi is the greatest language, apart fom sanskrit, its the oldest language in the north!, as tamil is the oldest in the south! A propoganda has been made by pakistani/indian anti-panjabi superiors that panjabi is some sort of rubbish language, which is only good for cussing someone's mum with or for comedy. Even my mum has sed that hindi is a "polite" language, ours is jus pendu rubbish?!

Panjabi is the same language which heer/ranjha, sassi/punnu, mirza/sahiban and sohni/mahiwal were written in, bulleh shah's poetry is in panjabi and Guru Granth Sahib Ji is in panjabi (gurmukhi) too, it goes without saying!

sorry about my rant!

i would recommend bhai sukha singhs katha, hes a bad boi preacher!

When will you ever stop ranting for goodness sake.

You are too little to give your little opinion on Guru Nanak's bani.

Please do try to grow up and become a good boi.
