Parkash 2011 Live Broadcasting Refusal

unfortunately,the management of parkash 2011 refused to give us the permission for LIVE broadcast of programme on www.sikhmovements.com. they did not respond well to our request. the organiser told us that the rights are given to the sikh channel.the sikh channel and sangat tv were both showing LIVE. we don't know wats the problem they have with us.

Its due to the reason you showed the Sikh Freedom & Remembrance Rally - At such a big event they make no reference to the Sikh Freedom Movement or anything linked to it we should always follow the aspect of Miri Piri ,seems a shame they refused permission

I'll keep it short.

• Parkash 2011 was an amazing large scale event which must have cost many thousands to organise.
  
• Sikh Channel and Sangat TV were given exclusive broadcasting rights and they invested money into the event.
  

Therefore how can you possibly let other's broadcast this for free out to the world? You need to be professional about these things. I'm sure the organisers don't have anything personal against you.... as they don't know you!

I hope you can understand why this wasn't allowed.

did you mean that they need maya from us to broadcast? from where the maya comes in parchar of gurbani....? and 1 thing more....our singhs have been told by sikh channel broadcasting team that if we start doing live at smagam,they have the authority to stop it. one sikh channel presenter and stage secretary at smagam told me that sangat tv just came randomly and started doing live. "apni marzi naal eh aa gye,hun kidha kehnde naa karo live". one sangat tv presenter and stage secretary at smagam told me that sangat tv broadcasting team came to him and told that uncle ji lagda ehna ne live broadcast nyi karn dena and he said that just go and start doing live.they will not do any disturbance there. so,sangat tv just did randomly or we can say by force. our plan was to do nishkaam seva of smagam as we did london march and rally this year....and organisers said to us....shabaash naujwaano....anywayz ths ws the thing happened to us.

As my husband is one of the organisers I can tell you now Sangat tv was given the right to broadcast, live or otherwise. Rinku Ji has explained really well so I don't know why you're so hung up on this and don't seem to understand.

Maya? Do you think the massive tent, school buildings, grounds, and equipment appeared out of thin air? It's people like Baba Amar Singh Ji who have made the whole thing possible and then people go on about Maya and oh they beg for money.
