Riots Throughout Uk

Recommended Posts

When chavy youths feel they have nothing to lose when they been raised in a culture of black grime music, family break down. no faith and values and no discipline then this is the result. It's time these people were taught what happens when you hurt innocent people and what the consquences mean.

I'm proud of our Sikh brothers who are out there protecting our communities well done

So what are you going to do when the poonds start throwing bricks at the Gurdwara ?

The thought of fighting with brainless, meaningless oxygen theives serves no purpose.

We have much more to lose (with criminal convictions if we ended up pulping a poond), bad press if we chop up the poond with a shasteer and reprisal attacks -our lives are worth more than these junk <banned word filter activated> poonds (not to mention the sualee).

SGGSJ must be taken to a safe and secure place foremost.

Save the defending till the last man dies, butch cassidy and the sand dance kid stuff to films.

Remember the so-called peaceful demo by Sikh youth against ramrahim in Ludianna -our boys ended up getting lazy beats with their own sticks and shasteer by the fat keytone punjab police. but clenching embarrasing !

The youth of England are demented. Black people are the majority of rioters with a few white and asians. The majority of Asians are not involved.

The Army needs to be sent out tonight and the rioters need to be beaten to death.

Fateh Jio!

.

the day this country uses its army against its own citizens will be the day that finishes this nation.

However...lets be realistic about this. Last year....when the new coalition government started to announce its programme of massive cuts....the police commissioner warned that the hardships would become so severe that he had no doubt that people would take to the streets and his police force would not be able to cope. Like it or not my friend, but what we're seeing now is just the taster of what is to come in the next year or two. We better get used to this.

A private citizen does have a power to arrest and, where it is lawfully exercised, may use reasonable force and other reasonable means to effect it. In R v Renouf (1986) 2 AER 449, the Court of Appeal ruled that s3(1) was available against a charge of reckless driving where the defendant had used his car to chase some people who had assaulted him and had manoeuvred his car to prevent their escape. Lawton LJ said:

"This case has to be considered in the light of the evidence which was said to have amounted to reckless driving. This evidence had two facets: one was what the prosecution alleged to be the acts of recklessness; and the other was that these same acts amounted to the use of reasonable force for the purpose of assisting in the lawful arrest of offenders."
