I am not sure, I was searching for sukhmani sahib on youtube and I came across this video. It angers me to watch, especially when It looks like it could be a SGGS. Any human can read and recite bani even if they are not sikh, but they should not do so while other religions are being practiced at the same time ( in this a mandir, in which there is idol worship). By the looks of it this mandir is in India, doesn't look like its abroad...
