Sikh community can easily take care of this problem by showing a walk-thru history of Damdami Taksal and it's importance in our religion. I bet none of so called "Sikh Leaders of west" ever objected when US classified Damdami Taksal as terror outfit. Funny thing is that 'american citizen' baba dhumma is heading taksal organization in india and yet didn't do anything about this.

After 9/11, KP Gill was in washington DC on behalf india and gave the list of sikh organization (some long dead) to US to include them in western Banned organization list. I believe taksal name was probably in that list.

Is it confirmed that Taksal is banned in us ? As there's loads of vidiarthis there?

Please check your reference. The US has never classified any Sikh organisation as a Foreign Terrorist Organisation.

The first poster need to give reference of his source. Damdami taksal is a religious organization and manage scores of Gurudwara

sahibs in USA. It would not have been possible if they were banned.
