A fair suggestion. Why not put them "party halls" to good use!

Youth in Southall need to put together a petition and take it to the committee with one leader willing to take resonsibility (with others helping) to organise langar on a daily basis for homeless.

Committee unlikely to approve it as they will argue homeless 'undesireables' will make a it less 'safe' for party locations etc.
