I'd use the money collected for providing ways of translating Gurbani into English and lure in the youth. All of the costs for bills etc would be displayed for Sangat to see and query if necessary. Promotion alongside of Sikhism too.

I would also put seva for the poor and needy as a total priority.

I would ensure that funds are raised within the sangat to ensure that many starving people and esp. many with only days to live are fed and lives are saved.

If I had a chance to run a gurdwara, I would translate Gurbani in English for the youth, organise activities for the youth like question time where the youth can ask questions about the Sikh religion. Since most gurdwara have halls the hall that I would be a massive museum where I would have all the gurus teachings, what they taught, what they believed in and what they stood for. All the sacrifices with massive pictures underneath I would have descriptions in English and punjabi. All finaces published on the notice board and the gurdwara website on a weekly basis.

Have punjabi classes and make them fun

team up with mma schools boxing schools to get more youth into sports and self defence

Have groups that help people deal with community issues, a group for people who have substance addiction and groups for people who suffer or suffered from domestic physical sexual assult \ also different groups people can join to learn about leadership buisness goal setting health

program to help youth with low self esteem

and courses to empower

Have open debate so people can debate and talk about exchange idea's on how they view the teachings in sikhi and how we can apply them in life when it comes to family work community
