Travelling To Paris

I have a question for the sangat.

I have been asked to go to our head office in France to complete some work but i am concious about travelling due to the dastar issues at airports etc.

I was wondering how the Singhs travelled to France for the smagam end of last year and did they encounter any problems?

My options are to travel by plane, eurostar or via car using the channel tunnel and i want to know which is the most hassle free and will allow me the freedom to travel without issues of kirpan and dastar.

Hopefully someone will be able to reply.

Although I haven't heard of any issues at France (Paris) Airports, if you want to be 200% sure, travel by Eurostar. Heathrow/UK airport won't be an issue if travelling by air.

Some Singh's have encountered problems with their kirpan on Eurostar. The safest route is by car via the Euro-tunnel. Most of the Singh's who went to the smagam went by coach or car.

The drive from Calais is about 3hrs so it is not too bad.

I have done this journey numerous times and there has never been an issue.
