Can Amritdharis Take Cholecalciferol?

Cholecalciferol is Vitamin D, which is extracted from lanolin found in sheep's wool.

So can Amritdharis take cholecalciferol?

eating and wearing or using are two different things. When a person consumes a product of an animal it can effect their jeevan. Eating meat is not allowed by Amritdharis as the Punj Pyare told me and is a bujjar kurihet.. So I'm asking from Gursikhs can we take Cholecalciferol? Does it fall into the category of eating meat, which makes it, we can't take it.
