I dont think so she would realise until she falls and hurts herself. May be she cannot see the difference between right and wrong currently. As a dutiful sikh and as a human too you can try and explain her the consequences of what she is doing and how it would impact different people involved in it including the child ! But unfortunately you or anyone else cannot force her to change her path. May be its her destiny !

Whatever we might discuss here in this forum will not reach her even if you try and explain it. Until she stumbles and get hurts in the process she wont realise. We can only pray so that Waheguru can make her understand on what wrong she is doing. And you can try and explain a couple of time to her.

All i can say is stay out of it before the drama grows and you get involved they are grown ups and can make their own decisions and mistakes. sometimes the best medicine is the strongest out her to her parents she like messing with peoples lives ten yo should be strong and do the same the wife and kid dont deserve it. If i was my sister and you didnt tell her the truth i would be livid you hve a duty to ALL YOUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS not just the ones you know persnally

People may tell you to back away but a good sikh makes difficult and hard decisions. if this is the decision they have made let them live and die by it.
