I need some help!! I started keeping my Kesh last Vaisakhi and with Maharaajs Kirpa it's been going well. Recently tho I've noticed when I wash my hair or comb it a lot comes out and it's really upsetting me :'( . I've noticed a lot of dry skin on my head to as in dandruff, but I wash my hair thoroughly and apply coconut oil! What can I do???

Fateh, Khalsa ji use a oil that regrows ur hair u can get it in many indian shops just ask them and with ur nails rub them against each other: With both hands like ur gonna punch ur hand in that stance, rub uo and down with all of ur nails and eventually in time it will grow up with guru jis help of course Fateh!!

OR if you can stick for sometime then do this

Get a trifla powder from market and soak one tea sppon of that powder in some water overnight. Now you can do keshi ishnaan with that thing .

try twice per week. you will see the diff in 2 months

Mustard Oil (Sarson ka tel) is extremely beneficial for hair growth (use it twice a week).

Don't use any other oil and try Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo (once or twice a week).
