There are unconfirmed reports that Bhai Sahib has been taken to Delhi. Is this true?

New Delhi: In a major blow to the Punjab government, the Supreme Court refused to take up plea seeking to grant clemency to former CM Beant's Singh killer Balwant Singh Rajoana, who is to be hanged on Mar 31 as scheduled.

This decision may trigger more violent protests in the region. Yesterday, the protests in lieu to Balwant Singh Rajoana's clemency turned ugly after an individual was killed and another injured in police firing on Thursday. Two groups clashed over clemency for Rajoana, a convict in the assassination case of former Chief Minister Beant Singh.

Prohibitory orders were clamped and police and paramilitary forces personnel conducted flag marches in parts of Punjab which was on high alert after a Chandigarh court ordered that Balwant Singh Rajoana, convicted in Beant Singh killing, be hanged as scheduled on March 31.

Breaking News - Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana transferred from Patiala to Chandigarh, now being transported somewhere else - so now he is outside of jurisdiction of Punjab Govt. All it will take now is for President to approve hanging - which she doesn't have to make public & execution will proceed as planned. Singhs who are active in Punjab are either under arrest or house arrest, thus they cannot physically to do anything.

Singhs just spoke to penji (assuming bhai balwant singh ji sister) and she said that just before Balwant Singh was taken to Delhi, she was told shaheedi will be at 9 am tom.

Can anyone please confirm? send request to media outlets to dig more into this?
