Well this is a big problem for most people in the world, just because you have taken amrit doesn't mean it will stop, which it should but thats another topic. The best thing you can do is get a routine where your doing 3-4 hours simran aday, I had a similar issue but with a Gur Mukhs graces i over came it. Baji go back to my earlier pots, ive explained that saying Kaam di galthi hogi is enough as Punj Piaria are Guru Roop. After you tell them they should tell you the exact way to bring Kaam under control
