Its not egg, I think its some sort of holy stone. And it says that Shiv is the supreme father of all souls. Perhaps its referring to Akaal Purakh as Shiv?

The Lord of all souls , i.e Shiv Parmatma. In this case Shiv Parmatma would have to be the creator.

The oval light emitting symbol would refer to the creator's jyot.

We shouldn't be too quick too assume everything related to Hindu theology is automatically rss propaganda. There are many spiritual school of thoughts under Hinduism just like how we have nirmale, sevapanthis, taksal, udhasi.

The red radiant symbol is not an egg. It is the symbol of the source of energy that is supposed to be situated in Shiva’s forehead
