This is very common among indian sikh community .. many of our men lose hair in front and become permanently bald in that area because of constant stretching of front hair , caused by tight patka in teen years or dastar later in life !

this pulling of hair causes damage to hair follicles and may thin your hair or permanently make you bald in that spot !

this is worrying for me ...

has anyone been able to get back thick kes in the area where it was thin or bald ??

please suggest

Just stop doing your jorra really tight. I have done a relatively loose jorra for as long as I can remember and do not have this issue. My brother on the other hand use to do tight joora and he has lost much of the hair on his forehead area.

I asked for cure , not for prevention !

Don't worry my friend, I will share with you a desi cure that is only known only amongst the desiest of the desi's.

It is one of the hundreds of desi techniques passed down through the generations from desi mums to their desi daughters.

Forget all about hair grow products and laser treatment, run down to your local desi shop and grab yourself a bottle of desi (no not whisky) mustard oil.

Mustard oil a.k.a 'surho da telhe' is the best and only product your desi hair needs.

I recommend rubbing mustard oil into your desi scalp no more than 3 times a week.

Even better if you can get your desi mum to do it for you.

I myself being a desi also get mustard oil rubbed into my hair whilst listening to my proper desi mum go on about the dangers of western culture such as the miniskirts, pubbah/clubbah and kaleh mugging you at night.

Top desi points if you leave it in your hair for 2 hours or so before having a shower

P.s Try your best to buy Fijian Mustard Oil if possible!

(I have found out over the years that mustard oil from Fiji is simply the desi de la desi when it comes to mustard oil)
