update from me, since posting in this topic on "14 April 2012 - 10:02 AM", I have been eating ok and exercising a lot more. Also taken up, squash. I have now gone down 1 dress size, from XL to L :D

Congrats ! Well done on keeping on with good diet. On my side, it is all up and down. I lost 8 pounds when i spent most of the scorching summer in punjab and now i am 10 pounds heavier. I went to see Nutritionist few days ago and got some tips and will be seeing her again after recording my regular three'ish day food intake.

I'm going to start taking 30 day cleansing/detox off counter pills while putting a complete self-stop on sugar.

I used to go to the gym, but now that I don't feel like it I just do some simple stuff at home. 30 pound dumbbell curls, clap push ups (push up and them clap your hands) until failure, pull ups, various types of sit ups.

I know I usually have a calorie deficit so I'm going to start making mashed potatoes as that helps. Yesterday I had some mashed potatoes, bread and broccoli soup and after a couple hours I took a teaspoon of organic honey and gave a go at pull ups. I did 13, the most I've ever done.

Singh, in my opinion you need to change your workout in order to gain muscle mass. pm me if you want to know what i do.
