Very true, but while as a low level police man he was also charged with corruption and suspended. Later he was hired to spy on Sant Bhindranwalay. After that he came to Canada. He worked as a granthi in BC where he sexually assaulted a woman in his quarters. This low life was a life long communist and that is how is interprets Sikhi.
