The launch of the electronic publications of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh’s work begins with revised versions of the first two books, translated into English by Dr. Trilochan Singh. These are ‘Jail Chittian’ translated into Autobiography of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh and ‘Amrit Ki Hai?’ translated into The Meaning of Sikh Baptism. It coincides with the 40th anniversary of the first edition of the Autobiography of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh in 1972.

With the blessings and support of the Sangat, we are hopeful to publish more of Bhai Sahib’s work in this way. Any proceeds and donations from these books will go towards making more publications of this nature available and for other charitable causes. For more details, suggestions or how to support these please email us on info@bsrstrust.org.

If you read books on the Amazon Kindle or Apple iBooks, you can download the books now by clicking here.

Thank you for your feedback. It is not supposed to add up necessarily ji, it's not supposed to replace the hardback, but instead compliment it and make it available to a wider range of people through digital media.

Rs 90 (currently) if you are buying in India. However, if you are ordering outside India, for example to the US you are likely to pay at least about $7 including postage & packing.

If you check other electronic autobiograhpies of other celebraties and high profile personalities they range anywhere from around $5 - $20, so a few dollars isn't really that expensive, since people pay at least that much for a cup of coffee these days.

As already specified we are a charitable organisation and all proceeds will go back into parchar and producing more media/literature.

Hope that clarifies. If you have any more questions you can contact us on the email address given above.

Taking the sangat's feedback into consideration we have decided not to charge for the download of the ebooks going forward. (Apologies if anyone has already downloded and paid). Apple iBooks has already been updated to reflect this and Kindle should follow suit soon (it takes a little longer on Amazon and the process is a bit more trickier).

We hope that people will find these books useful and an easier way to access Bhai Sahib's writings.

@ 'iseeyou' - for donations you can contact the email address above, since we feel giving out people personal telephone numbers on a public forum is not suitable.

Veer "Vahejeo" ji, a pdf of "jail chityaan" can be found on gurmatveechar.com in literature>punjabibooks. Also on same website in english books section there is a copy of "rangle sajjan" by Bhai Randhir Singh ji, another great book.

A hard copy of "jail chityaan" in English can be purchased from DTF books in Birmingham.
