I been told that Guru Granth Sahib Ji jas been kept in a jail somewhere in the south of england. Shoes are kept in the same room and no Granthi to do Parkash.

Can someone clarify if this is normal practice?

Who can help sort this out?

Can someone move this to main section. I am not a member of this forum.

Ask yourself, you don't think that that Guru who visited and saved cannibals, serial killers and egotists would go to a prison?

Yes, keep satkaar i.e. no shoes in the room etc., have a dedicated granthi, and so on. A prison is one of the most important places that the Satguru - Satguru Granth Sahib Ji and Satguru Khalsa Panth Sahib Ji should be visiting in full force.
