re: voice, i would say, practice singing. hold the notes, then go lower down the scale >>slowly<<.. it gives balance. and can help you with jaap for longer out loud. but bottom line, the voice etc, is a muscle. and u have to rest it.

doing jaap out loud is reely good, and using your tongue while the jaap is going anhad, (the whole reason for a jaap), is also very belificial.
