Android Apps On Tablets Help!

Does anybody know whether or not Android apps such as Sundar Gutka and iGranth work on tablets?

Specifically whether or not they will work on the Google Nexus 7 tablet (running on Android 4.1 Jellybean) as that's what I was planning on getting... The only reason I want it is for the those specific apps, if they don't work on it then I've no need to get it, so I need information that is definitely correct.
