just posted another article as we have not heard nidars point of view and I am not an unfair person so I have been trying to get an offical statement from him, maybe he is misunderstood, we should let him have his say.

Following many of Nidars students inundating the wesbite making threats and hiding behind fake names saying that we are biased I have made numerous attempts to contact nidar though his website and facebook pages

here is the proof - message posted on his facebook page - the Comments are subsequently deleted immediately without response.

So regardless of the countless calls of his students to ask him face to face, why doesn't he not make an offical statement for all to see. Ask Nidar to make a statement and we will post it here.

Inttresting articale..but still not very conclusive to educated or intelligent readers. Firstly it's Khalsa rehit to train in the arts of war.."Sant-Sipahi" concept goes hand in hand...one without the other is not a complete Sikh way of life you cannot uphold Dharam without the "sipahi" concept. A prime example of loss of martial culture is the delhi 1984 riots... hw many Singhs were caught off gaurs without weapons, and knowledge of their use ?

You do realise some of the people you mention are Nihangs who were trained in Shastar Vidiya anyway ??

Sukha Singh is listed as one of the previous Gurdevs of the Akali Baba Darbara Singh Akhara ... Mehtab Singh was also a Nihang as was Baba Deep Singh ... Spirit and Spirtuality alone is not enough you cannot neglect the way of the warrior. So every Sikh should make it their duty to be train in combat arts along with their spirituality...do both but dont neglect either.

There is no proof that Bhai Sukha Singh was a Gurdev of the Akhara, looks like Niddar is just picking up the names of the great shaheeds in the hope that some of their glory will get attached to his akhara. So if we accept Sukha Singh was the gurdev of the Akhara, and he killed Massa Rangar because of what he did in the Durbar Sahib. So why hasn't the present Gurdev Niddar not done something similar to those that attacked the Durbar Sahib in 1984? Put aside whether niddar agrees with Sant Jarnail Singh or not, the fact is that innocent Sikh pilgrims, men women and children were massacred during operation Bluestar. Why hasn't niddar done anything about that?

I think the name dropping and inserting of words like "HIndu-Sikh" and attributing them to people and texts that do not contain the phrase is not an accurate depiction of historical sources, it is a deliberate twisting to validate a snatan agenda.

NIdar also likes to attribute large protions of his ideology to "Oral History" - my old uncles talk a lot of <banned word filter activated> so woudlnt beleive everythign you hear from oral history

remember no hatred or offense is meant by my efforts, I humbly aim to seek the truth and present it to the sangat for them to make their own mind up, I met an old friend of mine yesterday a long time student of Nidar and we sat and talked about family and did some design work and then we talked a little about this situation and we agreed and disagreed on many things but ultimately we did not hate each other or attack each other in any way, we respected each others right to beleive in what they beleive, and we may get a bit passionate and heated in our conversations but we do not take it offensively.

I also have the right to share my findings as I beleive parents have a right to know what their children will be taught when sending them to ANY educational organisation. I for one would to want my kids to go to a snatan ideology school. thats not offensive thats my choice.

But if some parents are ok with it who am I to tell them otherwise, it is their freedom and right to do so.

concerning the absence of written material during crucial times in our history, oral traditions have become a major source of passing on knowledge.

This is of course open to mis-use as well, and anything that cant be found in written sources, can be simply put down to oral history.

I think more exposure can be gained by having a facebook page?

i have heard that jathedar of budha dal is in the uk, if he could come on one of the sikh channels

and clarify what we already know, would be the final nail in the coffin.

The martial artists that he has been doing seminars with need to be told i.e. pat omalley, maul mornie

expose his chele, dont buy their books, get him out of leicester and wolverhampton
