One of the biggest haraami's of the music industry. Hate the guy. Someone once showed me one of his songs and it was the most disgusting things i had ever heard. Disgrace to the Punjabi language, Punjabi music, Punjabi people....just a disgrace to Punjabiyat and definitely to the name Singh.

I dont condone unnecessary violence but i hope someone kicks the sh!t out of him one day.

i think this is biggest problem in punjabi community that if a person is born in punjabi sikh family and without any belief of such ppl in sikhi and without khande di pahul they are given surname singh

Being in punjabi culture, interacting with punjabi could be extremely vile at times. I remember I used to go on- punjabi yahoo chat groups long time ago before sikhi, amount of swear words punjabi flaunt around in punjabi was disgusting and unbelievable- chat had no depth no decent conversation, all was heard was back and forth swearing. I think punjabi's cannot hold a conversation without swearing in punjabi- even my amritdhari's mama's and mama's son all swear..to be honest i am somewhat guilty of it sometimes when i get carried away, but after vichar, its not something to be proud of especially when you interacting with other south asian culture people such as - gujratis, sindhis, lahoris, bengali, maharastrains, rajasthani etc.

With the exception of a few most Punjabi singers do not use the name Singh and the ones who do usually sing more respectful songs.

I agree that Honey "Singh" should stop using the name Singh but the thinking behind your comment above is what further alienates people from Sikhi.

Its not cos, Sikhs werent the first people to have Singh in their name.

thousands of Hindus have the name Singh today .

I think FIR means first investigation report, it is extremely hard to register fir against someone unless you are with connections or credible amount of evidence. Example, when youth jaspal Singh got shaheed in batala, police weren't registering FIR, which I believe they did later on (?).
