Bani doesn't do any harm to anyone. It will only help you but the oerson mona or not. but take this example:

You educate yourself at home. You do not have any admission into the school/exams but you do study and learn how to read and write at home. Yes that will definately help you in life because you are able to read/write. But look at the difference, if you had admission into a school then the education woudl be of more value to you. It would be recognised.

Exactly the same way of you are an amritdhari guru ka sikh, then doing paath/sew/simran will be syored like a bank account for you.

it is like medicine. Sometimes when you are ill and see the doctor, they give you medicine (in sikhi terms: naam). Then they might also tell you to stay away from certain foods (in sikhi terms: rehat maryada: do's/dont's). You will only progress if you have taken naam from the panj pyare. So to conclude you have to be amritdhari to get full kamai.

yes, they do.....for sure........by doing this Guru ji is making them clean their bhanda to get HIS kirpa/daat......

waking up and going path at Amrt wela itself is a big big kirpa, not everyone gets it........probably mona doing this is way much better than an amritdhari not doing this......

bhul chuk maaf

If a Mona wakes up at Amritvela does Paath he will get spiritual phal for this, that is why I feel that a Mona should do atleast the Nitnem if nothing else. It's only 7 Banis, but it will make Guru Jee happy with you and that is what matters, Paath cuts many bad karmas plus increases Kamaee. But as you follow more and more hukams(rehit) of Guru Jee, you will get more Phal for the same effort. You get what you put in, the more rehit you put in the better. So a Sikh keeping/obeying Rahit is on a fast track on increasing his Kamaee.

Ultimately a Sikh needs to realize how blessed we are to have human joon and even more blessed to be associated with the Sarb Sresht of all Dharms i.e Sikh Dharm. Only by doing a lot of good Karams in our previous lifetimes were we blessed to be associated with the Sikh dharm in this lifetime. So to pass away our temporary and short existence in this world and not fully taking advantage of this opportunity to become spiritually enlightened as per Gurmat would be a shame. We should not want to take another birth which is full of dukh.
