It does exist, but it cannot harm a gursikh. Bani is the most powerful kavach against these things.

Yes these things can exist.

I have personally seen ouja board being done, where spirits on another medium are contacted !

However, as a sikh the idea is to become gurmukh, and then you rise above all these things and become 'untouchable' from any tuna, voodoo or harm from black spells.

I gained more faith as a sikh when in the presence of others with the ouja board, because the spirits had no problem reading and getting information from the others, but they could not get anywhere near me or even read me!!

I was just in those situations at the time where I was a minority.

I was living in a student house with 4 punjabi sharabees, who's idea of fun was doing everything taboo and forbidden !!

Yeah as everyone else said, just do bani and you'll be protected, but do not attempt to contact or interact with spirits at all!, it opens the flood gates for further and increasingly frightening encounters!
